Whether you are a beginner looking to get started, an improver looking to build your confidence and run further or faster, or an experienced runner looking for ongoing support through a tailored training programme, my running coaching can support you to achieve your goals.
MONTHLY ONLINE COACHING PROGRAMME

We begin the process by exploring the long-term vision, objectives & drivers of the business as well as embedding ‘wellness champions’ to devise and implement a tailored solution that works for the individual business not a ‘cut and paste’ solution.
Wellness Workshops & Seminars
A programme of educational and inspirational sessions can be delivered (in-person or online) from breakfast briefings, to ‘lunch and learn’, through to half-day or full-day interactive workshops.
Subjects covered include: nutrition; movement & exercise; menopause in the workplace; sleep; stress management & resilience; healthy habits/lifestyle & goal-setting; mental health & wellbeing, mindfulness & meditation; along with practical implementation tips.
All sessions are tailored to fit the demographics of the audience.
