I love to run…but I also love to bring the joy of running to others.

I support people to run further, get stronger and achieve THEIR goals, whatever that means for them!

Whether you’re a first-time runner looking to get started, returning to running after a break, or an improver looking to run further or faster…I can help!

Keeping you accountable

Making changes on your own after years of habitual living can sometimes seem like an insurmountable task!

I believe the best outcomes happen by working together! So my role is to nurture a supportive relationship, in which you can explore your vision, set meaningful goals, step into your self-worth and get clarity on your purpose!
